Personal data is processed when needed to fulfill our obligations imposed by the law or, where necessary, to fulfill our obligations, on the basis of a contract concluded with you. We also process personal data, when from your side consent is given for the processing of your personal data. You can cancel your consent at any time.

We collect and process personal data for the purpose of:

- preparation of optimal offers.
(Retention of personal data)
We keep basic contact personal information as long as you have registered user status on our website. We store personal data that we have obtained on the basis of your consent until the cancellation.
Data on invoices are kept for 10 years from the issue.
The data we have obtained in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the concluded contract are kept for 5 years after the fulfillment of the contract.
At the end of the retention period, we permanently and effectively delete personal data, or anonymize them, in order to lose the character of personal data.

Access to your personal data is limited to persons within the company Knapič d.o.o., who have the authority to process personal data.

You can at any time request from Knapič d.o.o. to inform or process your personal data, personal data processing, the purpose of processing personal data, who are users of these personal data, the period of retention of personal data and the criteria for determining the duration of the retention of personal data. You can also request that the company notify you of the existence of automated decision-making, the reasons for its use, the importance of its uses and the intended consequences.
You may also request a correction of inaccurate data and a processing restriction when:
- You contest the accuracy of the data for a certain amount of time that is needed to verify the accuracy of the data.
- The processing is illegal, but you do not request the deletion of data, but the limitation of processing them.
- When we do not need personal data anymore, you need them to enforce and defend legal claims.
If the conditions set out in Article 17 of the General Regulation on the Protection of personal data are fulfilled, you may request the deletion of all of your personal data (Right to be Forgotten), in any case, when the data was collected on the basis of your consent, which you subsequently canceled.
You may also request the copy of your personal data in a structured and legible form. You may pass this information on to another personal data manager without obstacles
You can lay out a complaint against Knapič d.o.o. if you believe that Knapič d.o.o. or another person violates the applicable law by processing your personal data.

We may require you to provide evidence of your identity for the interference of personal data. If you can’t prove your own identity, we can reject your claim from the previous article.
At your request from the previous article, we are obliged to respond to you as soon as we become acquainted with it and obtain the relevant data. Not later than 15 days after receiving your request.
